Centering Prayer, an ancient Christian prayer practice, now revived all over the world, offers a way, in quiet of mind and deep silence, of opening to the Spirit’s presence, which we know by faith is within us.

Our local monthly gatherings started several years ago by Patty Auchincloss and Mary-Starke Wilson, include members of several other churches in this area having the same aspiration.  In addition to a period of silence, we share readings and a short film by Fr. Keating to aid us in our commitment and our daily struggle to be faithful.  

Come and share with us the journey of fellowship, silence and prayer.  We meet in the Chapel at 5:00 p.m. on the 4^th Wednesday of each month, except November and December when we meet on the 3^rd Wednesdays.
